These are uncommon and only designed for upperclassmen students. They’re available in halls like Honors, Legends, and Mozart Square. While some units have shared living rooms and en-suite bathrooms, all rooms are furnished with a bed, desk, chair, dresser, and wardrobe for each student.

Single Occupancy

These rooms are primarily reserved for upperclass students and are available in Legends Hall, Traditions Hall, and Victory Hall. They have dedicated furniture for each student and a shared bathroom connecting two adjacent rooms.

Double Occupancy

The most common setup, with community bathrooms on the floor or shared suite baths. Each student has allotted furniture. They are available in residence halls like Clark Hall, Crumley Hall, Kerr Hall, etc.

Double Room with Shared Living Area & Efficiency Double Rooms

 These are double-occupancy rooms with a shared living area that doesn’t connect to another room by the bathroom. They’re only available in Mozart Square. The residents can use kitchen gadgets that aren’t allowed in other rooms without shared living areas.

Triple Occupancy

 These are triple-student dorm rooms available in Clark Hall, Kerr Hall, Maple Hall, etc. Some of these units have en-suite bathrooms, while others share washrooms with adjacent rooms.
