UH Co-Ops
UH Co-ops can be done as per your semester schedule:

How to Sign Up?
Applying for UH Internships
- Log in to Access UH and click on Cougar Pathway
- Complete your profile by filling in your academic information and work preferences.
- Click on Jobs, then search for internships by typing “internship” in the search bar.
- You can use filters like paid/unpaid, remote, or your major.
- Next, upload your resume and cover letter (if applicable), and then click Submit.
- Talk to your academic advisor or counsellor for advise regarding internships.
Applying for a UH Co-op
- Find a job offer in your major.
- Submit an official offer letter that includes the role, pay, dates, and company information.
- Submit the online Co-op Application and your offer in a PDF format to the UH Co-op Office.
- Register via PeopleSoft and pay a non-refundable program fee of $215.
- This will be charged for every semester of your Co-op
- Start your Co-op position.
- Next, complete and submit a work report and employer evaluation at semester’s end.
- Wait about 3-5 business days for approval.
- Track deadlines and monitor your emails and career events for the latest information.
